Hello, I am Anna.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and change. In my work, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can feel truly heard, accepted, and supported—without judgment. Together, we explore your challenges, whether that’s anxiety, low self-esteem, uncertainty, or relationship struggles, and gently uncover new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Alongside my CBT training, I draw on Schema Therapy and Inner Child work, which can be especially powerful for long-term or deep-rooted difficulties. My diverse background—spanning healthcare, education (including SEN support), and hospitality—has given me a deep respect for individual differences and life stories. I also offer sessions in Bulgarian for those who feel more comfortable in their native language.
With a BSc in Psychology and Counselling and advanced training in CBT, NLP, psychoanalysis, and child psychology, I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding to my work. My aim is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Hello, my name is Naheed.
I am currently training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Goldsmiths University, and alongside this I am building my practice as a life coach. While I’m at the beginning of my professional journey, I’ve already gained valuable experience supporting people with challenges such as stress, low confidence, motivation, and navigating life changes. I understand how overwhelming these moments can sometimes feel.
As a coach, my aim is to work alongside you in a warm and supportive space where we can set clear, achievable goals together. I’ll help you explore practical tools and strategies to move forward, build resilience, and create the changes you want in your life.
While CBT informs much of my approach, I also draw on ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Coaching and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring our work to what best supports your personal growth.
I know that reaching out for coaching can feel like a big step. My priority is to offer a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where you feel listened to, understood, and supported as you take steps toward the future you want to build.
